Account deletion
Delete your MonsterCam account.
Use this page to request deletion of a MonsterCam account and related account data. MonsterCam is a product of Mekasmith, Co., Ltd.; requests are handled through support@getmonstercam.com so we can verify account ownership.
Email us from your account email.
Send a request from the email address connected to your MonsterCam account. If you are a parent or guardian requesting deletion for a minor, say that in the email so we can handle the request correctly.
We may ask for information needed to confirm account ownership or guardian authority.
After verification, we delete or de-identify account data and monster captures we control.
What deletion covers
Deletion requests cover account profile data, Dex captures, monster capture images, and other MonsterCam account data we control.
What may remain
Some records may remain temporarily in backups, fraud-prevention logs, legal records, payment records, or app-store systems where retention is required.
Other requests
You can use the same email for privacy questions, support, parent or guardian requests, and correction requests.
